After Tata, MG and Hyundai, Tesla has set up their office in India to manufacture EVs. But Tesla isn’t the only American EV company to take advantage of the Indian market, we have another one to challenge its existence. Triton is the latest EV company to set up their base in India. Many of you might haven’t heard about this company because of the overwhelming success of Tesla all over the world. But the wheel of fortune might change for the company in India.
N4 will be a rival to the Model 3 in the market. It is also cheaper than Model 3 starting at Rs 35L. Tesla plans to launch their first car by Q2 2021 but Triton’s N4 is already available on their website to be customised and ordered. From the visuals, N4 looks futuristic with its futuristic and fluid design. Some of the key features include sleek headlamps with DRLs, blacked-out grille with Triton logo, sporty red accents on the front bumper, sculpted bonnet, edgy rear tail lamps and stylish rear bumper. However, the car’s design is currently in the development phase. So, the production variant could be different from what we can see right now. On the inside, N4 will pack in a fully digital instrument console that seamlessly connects to the wide touchscreen infotainment system. The sedan will offer all the luxuries and comforts that one can expect from a premium electric car. Other key features include a panoramic sunroof that will have an integrated solar panel. The power generated from the solar panel can be used for on-board systems and for charging the battery.
