TESLA Model S

Tesla’s Model S was the first mass-market car to show that electric vehicles could be fun-to-drive, eco-friendly, viable as day-to-day transport, and even be used for long journeys. Model S is doing all things even more for 2021. Depending on the model you chose, Model S can operate between 348 and 520 miles on a single charge and offer blistering acceleration efficiency that rivals some of the world’s best supercars.

Its interior is comfortable for four adults, but it’s not up to the premium price tag. With increased scrutiny from rivals such as the Porsche Taycan and the upcoming Lucid Air, the Model S is no longer in one class. Still, for specific customers, the car’s agile frame, the Ludicrous driving modes, and the extraordinary range are enough to sell them to the Tesla EV culture.

What’s fresh around 2021?

For 2021, Tesla is launching an even more performance-oriented model S than the one named performance by the company. The top-spec model will be named Plaid, will have 1100 horsepower from three onboard electric motors, and is claimed to be capable of a zero-to-60-mph cycle of fewer than two seconds. In addition to its outstanding strength and pace credential, Tesla also claims that it can provide up to 520 miles of driving range.

Let’s see what the model provides:

Safety:

High Impact Protection
Model S is designed from the foundation up as an electric car, with high-strength architecture and a floor-mounted battery pack providing for unparalleled impact protection.

Built for Safety
Model S is engineered for stability, with all-electric construction designed to provide protection on all sides—and one of the lowest roll-over chances of any vehicle on the road.

Protection Front-Impact
There is no combustion engine in Model S, so the crumple zone has a greater chance of minimizing occupant deceleration in the event of a frontal collision.

Side-Impact Protection
The integration of a high-strength central pillar and an energy-absorbing sill framework offers excellent protection for both the passenger and the underfloor battery pack.

Very Low Risk of Rollover
The floor-mounted battery pack’s location and weight offer a very low center of gravity, allowing a relatively low roll-over risk.

Performance:

The quickest acceleration
Model S sets quality standards for efficiency and safety. Tesla’s all-electric powertrain provides unprecedented performance under all weather environments – with Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive, active air suspension, and insane acceleration.

Dual Motor Four-Wheel Drive controls stability and torque under all climatic conditions.
The fastest acceleration on Earth—from nil to 60 mph in as little as 2.3 seconds.
Enhanced handling and aerodynamics make a top speed of 163 mph.

Dual Motor
Drive All-Wheel
Only Tesla has the equipment that offers dual engines with separate traction to the front and rear wheels for unmatched control under all-weather environments. As a result, Model S manages each wheel’s traction and torque immediately, with an impressive and superior all-wheel-drive mechanism.
